Today, I was at cross-country, so I could not come to class. I was pretty sure that all my teachers knew this, but anyways, I still received a phone call regarding my abscence at school, which is peculiar considering I was not absent for period 1 and left after the cross country team was called down. Tomorrow, I'll consult the head office and claer the misunderstanding...

Anyways...

i'm still working on my glossary because I have to add 70 links!!!(35 external links and 35 internal links)...Almost all of my definitions are there, so I'll spend the rest of the night linking...

Today focused on a lot of repetitive work...
For my glossary, I had to continuously type <dd> and <dt> and 1. <br/>2. <br/>...
However, now I just need to add my definitions in as I have already finished formatting my Web page...
Tonight, I will create internal links to references in my glossary, but I will not have that much time because I have to finish my News Report for English first though...

whoops...
I was working hard on my autobiography and forgot to post on Friday, but I don't think that that would really matter in a serious way...
Anyways, I have already finished my Glossary Page as I am typing this; I just have to add in the definitions.
I just downloaded Dropbox and should be finished for tonight :)

FIRST DAY OF AUTUMN!!!
My braces appointment finished at 12:30, so I was late for Computer Science today...
Today, I am going to put the finishing touches on my Webpages and tomorrow, I will get my friend to mark the page.

YEAH!!!
Tomorrow, I'm getting my braces removed, so I will miss the morning but I will still be able to come in the afternoon. My Webpage is FINALLY live with NO PROBLEMS with the links...I just have to add more internal and external links and some images too...I added the special character entities so there's no problems there. I cut out my images because I feel that they do not fit in and my background is composed of a lightning bolt striking with a black background surrounding it, so I am not sure if I need any images at all because it might ruin my Webpage and autobiography.

We did not have computer studies today because of grade nine day, but I'll still post.
Today, I'm going to check all the writing and make sure all the files are validated.
Hopefully tomorrow, there should not be any problems and it (autobiography) can be marked...

Once again, I revalidated all my files, checked all the links, saved each appropriate file according to their name (e.g. index.html and .css) but when my webpage is live, i cant access my autobiography and my homepage does not have the css content.
im going to spend some time trying to fix this problem and I still have to add my internal links!, although I'm not sure where to add them though...

Sorry that I couldn't post this yesterday, but I had classes all night through and I didn't have time to post on Friday...
Anyways,
There's not really anything new happening, except that I need to integrate my images and create my internal links...
I still have to put my webpage live though, i'll do that tomorrow, if i have time...

Today, I validated my HTML and CSS.
My images are complete, as well as my autobiography.
I also added HTML and CSS validation proof at bottom of page.
I have 4 external links and now I need some internal links.
I'll finish that tomorrow, because I am very busy tonight...

I finally learned how to add images today!!!
I added 4 big images to my autobiography.
I did not like my old autobiography, so I made a new one today.
I have 4 external links, however now i need some internal links, which are pretty tricky...
I am still having a little bit of trouble with the CSS...

Welcome back Mr Arkin!
I downloaded Filezilla last Thursday, but I wasn't sure of what to do after though...until now.
I successfully transfered several files back and forth on Filezilla.
I still have to add Blogger and Wikispace links to my webpage.
I typed up a long autobiography and now I will have to summarize my story...

Today went by pretty fast...
During the work period, I played around with the HTML and learned how to add a hyperlink into my autobiography.
I also played around with the CSS, deciding on the best color pair and fonts...
I'm going to start typing up my autobiography now that everything is in place, although I still have to learn how to add images...

We had a nice supply teacher for today...
Everybody who was unable to log onto their computer accounts can now log on thanx to Ms. W.
I played around with the html and css during the workperiod and I began to establish the storyline of my fictitious autobiography...
I hope to get more work done for tomorrow.

Today was pretty...hectic.
I learned a LOT in such a short span of time.
Creating a webpage with the abilities to alter the font color and background is pretty sick too.

Pretty neat class...
The teacher seems really nice and I hope that that does not change...
Doesn't really seem like there's any "geeks" which is good.
Previewed Super-Power assignment, reviewed class website with parents, and created a Wikispace account and a Blogger account, thus completing all the assigned homework for tonight.
This course seems pretty exciting with the creation of web pages coming up tomorrow...
Not sure what else to say really...
seems pretty awkward already...
Three words sums it up really: I Am Psyched (figuratively).
